After long night our truck traps into deep sand and we all are very tried and
went long sleep. We have quite relax with tasty Arabic breakfast. Then we continue
our trip to white desert and our camels were so nice to carry us and we really
enjoy our camel riding with fresh air although its very hot sunny day. Everybody
was making fun with each other on camel riding and it was very pleasure to join
with such nice team, we feel no difference with each other although we came from
land with different culture. We joke with each other sometime in funny way, but
we all laugh with each other, we use to call each other with new our nickname,
even that don’t make us angry to each other or strange feeling toward each other.

White Desert-Western Sahara-Egypt
A foundation reunites people who should hate each other, and makes them work
together. It is called Breaking the Ice and it is an initiative which involves individuals who have personally experienced
the traumas and horrors of war. They would all be perfectly entitled to want to
have nothing to do with listening to the others’ point of view. And yet they leave,
aboard an old fire engine, from Jerusalem to Tripoli, in Libya. They share their
fatigue to understand each others’ problems. This is the story of their journey,
told through the diary of the participants

After long night our truck traps into deep sand and we all are very tried and
went long sleep. We have quite relax with tasty Arabic breakfast. Then we continue
our trip to white desert and our camels were so nice to carry us and we really
enjoy our camel riding with fresh air although its very hot sunny day. Everybody
was making fun with each other on camel riding and it was very pleasure to join
with such nice team, we feel no difference with each other although we came from
land with different culture. We joke with each other sometime in funny way, but
we all laugh with each other, we use to call each other with new our nickname,
even that don’t make us angry to each other or strange feeling toward each other.
We feel like each other like that we met long before, sign that deep into our
all heart all the people in world we are same feeling, although we have different
belive,culture,religions,yet we can make each other very friendly. Then we continue
rode toward direction to white desert for hours with very hot sunny day and we
swept and swept from hot sun. Then suddenly I want to do foot trip and want to
touch mine foot on sand. First moment I felt very difficulte trip because camel
go very faster then mine foot walking, anyhow I manage to join with camel steps.
Then slowly slowly I try to thinking during mine foot steps, we have different
people in the group from America, Germany, Iraq, Iran, Ukraine, and Tibet, we
all have same experience when we set our trip into hot sunny day in Arabic desert
we swept, felt thirsty and burning from sun, yet we enjoy our camel trip and desert,
So idea came into mine mind, sand of desert never make us different feelings land
of Arabic doesn’t make us different, Therefore I felt its very important that
we different people meet each other and try to talk with each other friendly with
our differences then sure we all will come to point how to make compromise with
each other and finally true friend to each other as we have done here in hot desert.
Anyway we continue toward white desert and I am continues making mine foot steps,
and its three hours foot steps make me thirsty and hungry and tried and finally
we arrived the place where we going to have lunch and some of people are waiting
for us with nice delisious Arabic lunch and we ate it like hungry dog. After
nice lunch we lay down for one hour relax and then strat our trip to continues
to white desert and finally one hour later we arrived at white desert and its
amazing and its looking like snow moutain falldown in hot sunny desert.
Stone moutain look very beautiful with different shapes and we still continues
going on and looking at very nice huge white stone with different shapes. And
its almost 4 p.m. and sun get climate get cooler even the sun shine. The I felt
more easy to make foot step continues. At finally we reach the place where we
are going to overnight and make our place is amazing with lot of white stone moutain
with far away views.
Suddenly we saw very nice sun set with full of different colour and cold windy
air, and built our tents and try to come together for dinner, it was very nice
evening because our Arabic cook they prepare for us dinner and we sat with them
nice chat.although we didn’t know their language, but we try to understand what
they are tried to say to us. Finally cooks tried to traditionally dance with song
from direct from their own voices. And some our group joined with them and dance,
was quite nice atmosphere, and only one cook try to cook food for us, but rest
of cook join the dance and singing whole night, then suddenly appears desert fox
want to have some food. I saw fristtime with my own eye desert fox and felt very
happy, its really beautiful animal.
After three hours they prepare our foods we finally got very tasty dinner and
tea. Then we spent some time together with sharing our feeling on the day what
we feel and what we saw, once again we make some joke with each other. In our
group Latif was always making joke to us and we enjoy his joke.
Then its late in night we want to sleep longer for relax that we can do nice
trip for next day and so we say goodnight to each other and went to our own tent
and its was full moon night and lot of stars, it was really nice day with lot
of fun and peace with our group, that make sence peace for our peace expetition.
